Day 2 of liquid diet

Most of you know that with out my coffee in the morning I'm not too pleasant. Well, let me tell ya, try detoxing from all caffeine and Advil, excedrine and pretty much all yummy foods. The headache also is terrible. Tylenol is laughing at me because it just doesn't work. I tried essential oils for my headache. It got rid of it only because I got it in my eyes and was panicking about my eyes. On top of all this I have a major ear infection. So bad the dr said that mine was the worst ear she had ever seen.

My kids are being super patient with me as is Jay. He is my rock especially when all I want to do is cry cuz I was a cup of coffee. I tried to help mow the yard yesterday. I had no energy at all and almost fainted. I survived day 2 with no coffee and no food. All I want to do is sleep.

A bunch of new updates

Man!!!! I haven't updated here in awhile! Let me give you the skinny, (see what I did there??). Ok I am now 3 months and some change out of my surgery. I have lost a total of 45 lbs, and 8 inches. I am down almost 2 pants sizes. I can fit into size Large shirts. As far as dresses go, I can wear a size 14 in a dress. Here is me in the dress I wore to Casino Night at Penned Con 2017. Size 14, and I wasn't the least bit uncomfortable!! The other picture is of my crossing my legs without being in pain or being uncomfortable. I know that I am saying uncomfortable alot, but, when you are 240 lbs crossing your legs is very uncomfortable. When I was able to finally cross my legs again, that was a huge victory. I have noticed that if I eat certain things, my stomach will hurt. Not very painful, but it is a ache that really make me not want to eat the rest of the day. Week 4 Post op- more like a rant than anything

I know that I skipped last week, but I had nothing new report. But this week I have a little rant... So I belong to several support groups on Facebook, and the majority of the posts that I see on there are people that are really excited about something that they eat or they found that they can handle, or even if it is just a question they will ask it. Now being in a support groups you tend to think that people will be supportive and answer the question with answers that will help you. But, the responses that these people are answering with are nothing like being supportive. For example, I found Fairlife Milk yesterday. I put on one of my support groups that I used that to mix my protein powder for a total of 44 grams of Protein. I don't drink this all at the same time, it takes me an hour or more to drink all of this.
